What is Life Coaching?

I was talking with a friend the other day who mentioned that there’s probably a lot of confusion or lack of knowledge about Life Coaching and the wonderful results working with a coach can bring to people. It got me to wondering, I think she makes a great point and it’s one I often lose sight of because in my world of coaching I mostly see on my social feeds and my inbox messages targeted to coaching…..making it seem as though EVERYONE knows all about coaching.

Realizing this confusion or lack of knowledge is indeed possible, I thought I’d take this opportunity to give you a few ideas of what coaching can do for you.
